Today, Haldimand/Norfolk is basking in the growth of housing and tourism. Innuendo of a nuclear incident and/or the effect of constant tritium fallout would certainly poison the wonderful dairy herds of Haldimand. Who would buy Haldimand dairy products once it is known that there is tritium in their milk? The commercial and sport fishing industry, fresh water fish eateries etc., would suffer the same fate. Who could enjoy meals of fish with the knowledge of tritium in their food? Reasons for the current booming tourism and housing industry would change. Innuendo would be a destroyer of what Haldimand/Norfolk stands for today.
